Requirements for selling.		To sell on YouGotTheBid.Com you need to first register for an account. Seller assumes all responsibility for listing an item.
How much does it cost to sell on your site?		Auction Listing is always free on YouGotTheBid.Com. We do not have any fees for basic stores, no final sale fees and no monthly subscription fees. Dutch, fixed price, classified listings and some of our enhanced features for listings do have fees. To view all site fees, please click here.
How do I relist/extend my listing?		There is no available option to relist automatically an item (after expiration) on YouGotTheBid.Com If you want to extend duration time of your listing, you can: 1/ Choose an automatic relisting for free, up to 3 times (up to 145 days) when you list first an item. 2/ Choose to extend the duration time of your listing before expiration of the initial time. Unlimited extension duration for only $0.02 (2 cents) by day.
How do I open a store?		By register on YouGotTheBid.Com you have a basic store for free and all your future auction will appear in your store. You can use the url provided on that page to direct your customers, so they can easily find and purchase items from your YouGotTheBid.Com store. Why did I not receive an e-mail when... - An item is sold? - My listing is posted? - My listing is closed/expired? - I got a bid on my item? - I have a message from other member?		Though you should receive a message within minutes for all these actions on your account, please allow at least 24 hours to receive it. If you did not receive this e-mail, please: 1. Return to YOUGotTheBid.Com, logon to your account, and verify that you had entered your e-mail address correctly, and make the necessary update, if not; OR 2. Make sure you did not enter a work e-mail address instead of your home e-mail address or vice versa. 3. Check the Bulk/Spam folder on your EMail account and if necessary accept to receive email from and/or If you still did not receive this e-mail, please Contact Us
